Have you tried resetting IE? If you are unfamiliar click the settings button then to internet options. Then to the advanced tab and the reset button is towards the bottom. Keep in mind that this will wipe some stuff out (IE will give you a run down of what gets cleared before you do it. If that doesn't work help you can uninstall IE all together and reinstall. If you click start and in the search bar type "Turn windows features on or off" it should open a window with said features. One being IE. Uncheck the box to uninstall. Restart your computer and then go the same window and recheck the box. I'd use the second option has a way last resort.
What version of IE are you using? I would update it to Chrome if you can (haha get it? Ok it wasn't that funny)

Hey pd. Can you try clearing your cache, restarting your browser and signing back in? Thanks!

It was a compatibility issue with IE. Should be fixed now.
